Bill grew up in Northern Virginia. A graduate of Old Dominion University, he began his career in the tree service industry in the late 70's, while still in high school.

With more than 30 years of experience, he has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of arboriculture, and is considered one of the leading tree experts in the DC area.
